This policy describes personal information collected through DatingPornstar.com. It applies to visitors, people who write to us, advertisers, and viewer accounts. The advertiser agreement describes the advertising contract. If the two conflict about personal information, this policy applies. If they conflict about fees, listings, or the content license, the advertiser agreement applies.

Dating Pornstar is based in Switzerland. This policy is written for the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). We process personal information to perform a contract, to take the steps you ask us to take, to run and protect the site, and to meet a legal duty.

Who we mean

  • A visitor browses the site, including someone who passes the age gate.
  • A correspondent uses the contact form or emails [email protected].
  • An advertiser creates an account and submits a listing.
  • A viewer account is someone who buys a viewer plan.

What we collect

Visitors. IP address, browser and device data, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from the IP address. We use cookies only for login and for the session. That includes remembering, for about 30 days, that you passed the age gate. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.

Correspondents. Name, email, message, and the subject you choose. Phone only if you choose to give it. A profile URL when the request is about a listing. Phone is optional and is used only to reply about that request.

Advertisers. Account email, stage name, listing text and photos, the Bitcoin payment record, and the government ID required before a listing is public. If the face in the listing is cropped, blurred, or hidden, we may also ask for a clear face photo. ID images and face photos are available only to administrators and are removed after the review is finished. Payment accepted in Bitcoin (BTC). We do not collect or store card numbers.

Viewer accounts. The email on the account and the record of the Bitcoin payment for the plan.

We do not ask the site to identify children. The site is for adults 18 or older, and the age of majority where that age is higher. Listings that suggest a person is under 18 are rejected.

How we use it

To run the directory, publish and review listings, take Bitcoin payment, answer support mail, see whether pages load and where errors happen, detect fraud and abuse, and respond to legal process.

When we share it

  • The Bitcoin (BTC) payment checkout, to complete a payment. We do not receive card numbers.
  • The hosting provider and the email provider, only so we can run the site and deliver messages.
  • We do not share personal information with advertising or analytics partners.
  • A buyer of the business, if the site or its assets are sold. We will say so at the time of the sale. The transfer is limited to the information this policy describes.
  • Law enforcement and courts, as described on the law-enforcement page.
  • An advertiser’s public listing is visible to readers. That includes the text and photos the advertiser chose to publish.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

  • ID images and face photos. Available only to administrators. Removed after the review is finished.
  • Payment records. The Bitcoin payment record is kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
  • Support messages. Kept while the request is open. After it is closed, kept only as long as needed for a follow-up or a legal duty, then deleted.
  • Server logs. Kept for a limited period to secure the site and diagnose errors, then deleted.
  • Listings. Public while the listing is open. When a listing is closed, it comes off public pages. Copies after that are kept only for legal and accounting purposes, as the advertiser agreement states.
  • Login and session cookies. Session cookies end when the session ends. The age-gate memory lasts about 30 days.

We do not promise that every log or message still exists. A preservation request that the law requires us to honor is kept for the period the law requires. That exception is also stated on the law-enforcement page.

Your requests

Email [email protected] to ask for a copy of your information, a correction, or deletion. We reply within 24 hours. We may keep a payment record where accounting rules or a dispute require it. ID images are removed after review, as this policy states.

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

If the law where you live gives you an additional privacy right, you may write to the same address. We will consider the request under that law and under the Swiss FADP.

Security

We limit who can open personal information. ID images are available only to administrators and are removed after review. Payment accepted in Bitcoin (BTC). We do not collect card numbers. No site can promise that a breach is impossible.

Changes

We change the “last updated” date when this page changes. If a change affects how we handle payment records or ID images, we email the advertisers it affects before the change applies. Posting the new date is the notice to other users.
