Copyright notices (DMCA)
If you believe material on DatingPornstar.com infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice that includes all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the copyright owner or as a person authorized to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed. If a notice covers many works, a representative list.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and enough information for us to find it, including the page URL.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.

Notices are accepted by email only. We do not publish a phone number or a street address for copyright notices.
A notice that leaves out an item above may not be acted on. We may send a copy of the notice, including your contact details, to the person who posted the material.
Counter-notice
We do not currently publish a counter-notice process. Email [email protected] if you believe a removal was a mistake.
Repeat infringement
We may suspend or close an account after repeated valid copyright notices.

Notices under penalty of perjury
A notice is sent under penalty of perjury. Misuse of this process can have legal consequences.
